FRESH FRUIT JUICE

Apart from eating healthy you can also drink healthy. There is no limit to the kinds of Fresh Fruit juices, Smoothies and Mock-tails you can make.
Find a way to cool off from the sun. Invest in a blender and treat yourself regularly. Try replacing your soda with fresh juices.
