IRISH COFFEE

Irish coffee is simply Irish whisky+ coffee+ sugar and a hint of whipped cream. Irish whisky is simply whisky from Ireland.Well apparently this was discovered in the 1940s on a cold winter night. Some men on a ship landed in a village. The men were so frozen and in a certain inn, they ordered coffee. The chef added a shot of whiskey to each cup for reasons known to him. Well that’s how it was discovered. Its ideal for cold nights. These are the brands you can use.
·         Jameson
·         Bushmills
·         Lockes Blend
·         Millars

Heres  the recipe( using Jamesons).

1 1/2 oz Jameson
1 tsp sugar( brown would be great)
6 oz hot Dormans coffee. (You can use Nescafe too.)
A lot of cream

Combine the whiskey, sugar and the hot coffee in a cup and stir to dissolve. Carefully and gently put cold cream on top. Well after a lot of trials and errors I realized that u shouldn’t stir the mixture. Let the cream sit there and enjoy.
