That's why you must rehydrate yourself by drinking a lot of water when you get up.Re-hydrating your body is the key to recovering from the hangover, and this cannot be stressed enough. You can even put some lemon in your water, it'll help soothe your stomach and will add vitamin C.
When drinking water, avoid water that is extremely cold or hot; drink water at room temperature. And I agreee fully with u in the last part. As for sugars you can snack to replenish your body. Thanks Warui

Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06799202711222791540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8701354118633973663.post-36556800768198901042014-02-20T23:19:13.181-08:002014-02-20T23:19:13.181-08:00I tend to disagree with water issue as I know wate...I tend to disagree with water issue as I know water will only dilute your hangover and make it mild as you go on. But from a medical perspective (I am not one though but I have consulted), I have been advised that sugars actually breakdown the alcohol effects thus counteracting it. Hangovers are as a result of lack of energy which was used up in breaking down of the alcohol in your body and what better way than to provide additional sugar so that it is utilised in breaking down of the alcohol. This will only lead to you feeling thirsty and no hangover for that time and you are good to go. Later on, just do a detox that will now make you feel much better in the form of freshly squeezed lemon juice, ginger and garlic and add honey to taste mixed in hot water. Personally after that concoction aka my dawa.....hehehehe.....i will sleep like a baby and wake up feeling like a king....waruihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08520013129012862750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8701354118633973663.post-8073925343257896102014-02-17T13:44:13.383-08:002014-02-17T13:44:13.383-08:00Ha ha Cate.
